Senior Account Manager

Nashrock Insurance Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Account Handler to join their team. As a Senior Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Process new business, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Produce correspondence and reports to required standards and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
- 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, preferably in a broker or intermediary role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including property, liability, and business interruption.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in insurance software and systems, including Acturis.
