Specialty Doctor in Sexual Health and HIV Medicine

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Doctor to join our team in Sexual Health and HIV Medicine. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Work in outpatient clinics for the management of Sexually Transmitted Infections and provision of Contraceptive Care, adhering to national guidelines and local operating procedures.
- Depending on clinical experience and further learning, participate in the outpatient management of HIV Infection, with a level of involvement agreed by the Consultants.
- Provide in-clinic teaching, training, and supervision of junior doctors, medical students, and other healthcare professionals, once a sufficient level of experience is reached.
- Minimum 4 years' whole-time or equivalent postgraduate clinical experience.
- Minimum 2 years' whole-time equivalent experience in Sexual Health, HIV, or a related specialty.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
- Evidence of providing good teaching and supervision to trainees.
- Good IT skills, experience of using patient databases.
