Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A focus on continuous improvement and efficiency in processes.
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office 2016; familiarity with additional software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing documentation and files for various legal proceedings, including court and tribunal hearings.
- Maintaining and updating records in the internal database, ensuring accurate information collection.
- Organizing and managing meeting spaces and court sessions.
- Handling casework, including processing court orders and claims.
- Providing clerical support in Civil and Family Courts.
- Assisting clients in person and responding to telephone inquiries.
- Engaging with judiciary and court personnel to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Flexibility in work hours may be required.
- Support with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) with grades A-C, or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, or relevant administrative experience.
- Adequate computer skills to perform the necessary tasks effectively.
