**The Role**:
Administrative Support Officer who thrives in managing competing pressures and tight deadlines. Your primary responsibilities will include note-taking during meetings, creating actionable points, and ensuring follow-up actions are implemented. You will work collaboratively within a small team, guided by your supervisor, to deliver this project from inception to implementation. Comprehensive training and ongoing coaching will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills tailored to the project's requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage administrative tasks to support the project's objectives.
- Take comprehensive meeting notes and generate actionable points for follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to the successful delivery of the project.
- Liaise with professionals from various agencies and services across Cardiff.
- Address conflicting demands by employing effective communication and negotiation skills to ensure optimal outcomes for children.
