We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team at Trip, a leading global travel service provider. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for key airlines and hotel partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for key airlines and hotel partners.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of the local market to inform campaign strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal key stakeholders, such as the design, content, and legal teams, to deliver high-quality campaign messages that meet local market needs.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders in the Shanghai headquarters, including product, CRM, and marketing teams, to maintain campaign processes and align with product functionalities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management or a similar role; experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the UK and EU local market dynamics and customer behavior within the travel sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
