Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Meetings and Events Venue Finding Specialist / Account Manager to join our office-based team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Events and Conference sector, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver comprehensive venue sourcing services by thoroughly understanding client requirements and collaborating effectively to identify suitable venues.
  2. Manage client relationships and ensure the highest standards of customer service are upheld.
  3. Conduct research and obtain competitive quotations from hotels and venues, ensuring timely delivery of detailed proposals.
  4. Negotiate rates with hotels and venues, adhering to established processes and timelines.
  5. Provide pre- and post-event support as necessary, ensuring all client needs are met.
