With over 20 years of expertise in the industry, we are one of the UK's premier Venue Finders, located in Cheshire. Our focus is on providing exceptional services for Meetings, Conferences, and Accommodation bookings across the UK, Europe, and globally. We are looking for a seasoned professional in the Events and Conference domain. The ideal candidate will deliver a proactive administrative function related to all events while efficiently gathering Client requirements to ensure top-tier customer service.

We operate on the Gratis Venue Directory platform, and training will be provided.

Preferred Background:

The successful applicant should ideally have experience in a Hotel, Venue, or Venue Finding Agency. The ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail is essential. Candidates must be capable of managing multiple events simultaneously and prioritizing their workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing a comprehensive venue sourcing service by understanding and collaborating on client briefs to identify suitable venues and locations.
  • Demonstrating strong negotiation and communication skills across various channels, including telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key clients within the Meetings & Events sector.
  • Maximizing client revenue through upselling and promoting the company's services across all areas of the M&E business.
  • Researching and obtaining quotes from Hotels & Venues, managing client briefs, and sourcing event locations globally.
  • Negotiating rates with hotels and venues while adhering to established processes and timelines to deliver detailed proposals and provide pre- and post-event support as necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals both within and outside the organization. A strong customer focus and a high level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken, are required. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a positive attitude and exceptional attention to detail.
