We are partnering with a leading International law firm to find a talented Real Estate Associate to join their Legal 500 Top Tier ranked Commercial Development and Investment department.

The department has a strong track record of delivering high-profile, market-leading projects and advises a range of clients including pension funds, overseas investors, private equity, developers, and government bodies.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced Partners, Principals, and Senior Associates on a variety of tasks including acquisitions and disposals of investment assets, redevelopment projects, lettings and pre-lettings, and asset management work.

They will also be responsible for drafting and negotiating associated property documents and contributing to business development, including delivering client training and other value-add elements of client relationship building.

We are seeking a technically strong Real Estate Associate with 2-3 years' PQE in Real Estate Development and Investment who has worked in a recognised Real Estate department of a Top Tier law firm.

The successful applicant must have excellent academics and a strong understanding of commercial real estate law and practice.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
