About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care and support to service users, including medication administration, personal care, and mobility assistance.
  • Build strong relationships with service users and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 3 months' previous care experience, preferably in a complex care setting.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
