Fleet Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Administrator to join our Fleet Solutions team at Fawkes and Reece, a leading essential infrastructure services provider in the UK & Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of fleet administration, including driver services and interactions with preferred suppliers.
  • Arrange deliveries of new company vehicles and oversee the de-fleet process.
  • Liaise with the Admin team to order fuel cards and set up congestion charging and dart crossing.
  • Manage the mileage capture system and ensure maximum utilisation of the company fleet.
  • Effectively input and manage fleet management and hire systems.
  • Conduct driving licence checks and perform other general tasks related to the Fleet Team.

Requirements:

  • Fleet experience with a large-sized fleet is preferred, with some vehicle maintenance knowledge advantageous.
  • Familiarity with vehicle handovers, MOT/Service arrangements, tyre management, Highway Code, and Corporate Fleet legislation is essential.

About the Role:

This is a 3-month temporary contract opportunity to work in a flexible environment with hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate will be a hands-on 'doer' who can work independently and as part of a team.
