HR Business Partner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Casanovas Recruitment Solutions. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing support and guidance to our clients and their employees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle all employee relations cases throughout the business and report to managers.
- Provide competent advice and support to all employees.
- Deal with HR queries from employees.
- Conduct investigations relating to disciplinaries and grievances and report the process and outcomes.
- Coach new managers with ER issues and advise and support accordingly.
- Manage, implement, and update HR policies where necessary.
- Monitor HR KPIs within the business and produce reports in line with this.
- Be confident with current employment regulations.
- Oversee timely completion of the payroll administration.
- Assist with administration relating to starters and leavers, absence records, inductions, and training documentation.
- Support the HR team with recruitment internally and externally.
- Work with the heads of departments on interviews and follow-ups.
- Manage appraisals and develop training/progress programs for manager teams.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A wealth of experience and knowledge in employee relations.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience using 'RotaReady HR/Time and Attendance' system would be advantageous.
- Highly organized, proactive, and a great multi-tasker.
- To be able to use their own initiative and think on their feet.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification, GCSE in Maths and English.
