Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agency professional to join our team as a Partner in our Woodbridge office. As a Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency business in a designated core area, with a focus on generating new business and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business plan to achieve sales targets and grow the Estate Agency business in the designated area
  • Build and maintain relationships with local business owners, property developers, and other key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the Estate Agency business

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Estate Agency or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
