Contribute to Road Safety through Education and Enforcement

We are seeking individuals to join our Prosecution Team who are committed to improving road safety and possess a positive mindset within a fast-paced office environment.

You will need a good understanding of IT systems and a positive attitude towards learning. The role involves improving road safety through education and enforcement, requiring good communication skills and the ability to work accurately while performing a variety of clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Prosecution Team
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining records related to traffic prosecutions
  • Researching and providing information/statistics to stakeholders
  • Developing a thorough understanding of relevant legislation
  • Liaising with various agencies, including HMCTS and CPS, and individuals both internally and externally
  • Initiating prosecution procedures

Requirements:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail in work
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism

Working Arrangements:

  • 2 full-time posts (37 hours per week)
  • Permanent contract
  • Location: Mottisfont Court, Winchester, with the possibility of working from home subject to business requirements

Salary: Scale 4, starting salary £24,921 per annum
