At Sewell Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal operation of air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems across our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct reactive and planned maintenance for air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  • Respond to reactive tasks allocated by our Customer Care Team, ensuring all properties managed by Sewell Facilities Management are maintained to a high standard.
  • Coordinate with and oversee external contractors as required to meet the needs of the business and role.
  • Identify, report, and repair defects, ensuring maintenance standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times to ensure a maintained and legally compliant property portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Full driving license, valid in the UK
  • F-Gas certification.
  • Possess a positive & professional attitude.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Proactive approach towards both planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with contractors.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise numerous tasks.
  • A positive approach to learning & development.
  • Possess a flexible outlook towards working hours
  • Strong knowledge of current health & safety practices.
