Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Air Conditioning Specialist to join our team at Sewell Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems across our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on air conditioning and refrigeration systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and effectively.
  • Respond to reactive tasks and allocate resources to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Coordinate with external contractors to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out to a high standard.
  • Identify and report defects, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

  • Full driving license, valid in the UK.
  • F-Gas certification.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Proactive approach towards maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work flexibly and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of current health and safety practices.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Valid qualifications in refrigeration and air conditioning, such as Level 2 and 3 NVQ.
  • First aid training.
  • Knowledge of front-end building management systems.
  • Experience with plumbing and heating systems.
