Job Title: Accounts Payable Team Leader

Sanctuary Group is a leading provider of housing, care, and commercial services in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader to join our Finance Shared Services team in Worcester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 7 in processing invoices in a timely manner and ensuring high customer service standards.
  • Support the team in achieving targets and monitoring volumes.
  • Report daily figures, manage workflow, and provide weekly KPI reporting.
  • Initiate urgent requests and take ownership of outstanding queries.
  • Contribute to the Group's objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively between teams and champion best practices.
Requirements:
  • AAT part/fully qualified or equivalent level of qualification.
  • Experience in leading a team in a high-volume transactional processing function.
  • Good working knowledge of invoice processing and experience in supporting team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
