Job Title: Horticultural Operations Manager
Location: Flexible, with opportunities to work across North London, Hertfordshire, and Essex
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Horticultural Operations Manager to join our team at Fresh Horticultural Careers. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our aftercare business, including organizing rounds and materials, dealing with staff queries, and liaising with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage aftercare rounds to ensure efficient service delivery and minimize travel time.
- Develop and implement rotas to utilize staff effectively and maximize productivity.
- Adjust rotas as necessary to accommodate new work, holidays, or sickness.
- Provide exceptional customer service, visiting sites regularly to ensure high standards of work and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Meet and communicate with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and discuss future plans.
- Provide advice to customers on horticultural matters and best practice recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for further services and act immediately to remedy service level issues.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
