A dynamic services organization is in search of a Finance Manager to enhance their team.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Championing change by identifying improvement opportunities and facilitating their implementation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Timely preparation of the management accounts package for the organization.
  • Supervising the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Generating insightful monthly reports and relevant KPI data to drive organizational performance.
  • Preparing and analyzing all company accounts, including profit and loss statements, cash flow forecasts, and balance sheets.
  • Maintaining accurate data for VAT returns and corporate tax, ensuring regular reconciliation of accounts.
  • Enhancing month-end reporting processes to ensure maximum insight and efficiency.
  • Overseeing the payroll provider to guarantee accurate data entry and processing of employee changes.
  • Assisting with the annual audit by providing necessary information promptly.
  • Leading and inspiring the finance team across various locations within the organization.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accounting professional (ACA or ACCA) with extensive experience in Financial Accounting and Management. Strong managerial and time management skills are essential, along with excellent communication abilities to effectively convey critical financial information to diverse stakeholders and support informed business decisions.

Compensation and Benefits:

The selected candidate can expect a competitive starting salary of up to £70,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes generous holiday allowances, pension contributions, and additional perks.
