Job Title: Head of Food and Beverages- Members Club

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Head of Food and Beverages- Members Club at Fulham Pier. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative destination that offers a one-of-a-kind experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service, innovative menu offerings, and a refined atmosphere that exceeds member expectations.
  • Work closely with the Executive Head Chef and Head of Bars & Beverage to develop menus and beverage selections that complement the club's refined atmosphere.
  • Maintain financial control over F&B operations, managing food, beverage, and labour costs to ensure profitability while delivering high-quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, including allergen management and member-specific dietary preferences.
  • Monitor and respond to member feedback, implementing improvements where necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote special events, themed nights, and exclusive member experiences.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing luxury dining environments.
  • Excellent business relationship skills with the ability to work closely with key stakeholders.
  • Commercial-minded with evidence of successfully managing costs in line with exceptional delivery.
  • Experience of ensuring profit margins and targets are met or exceeded.
  • Supervising Food Safely Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £65,000 to £75,000.
