We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Service Assistant to join our team at Roehampton Club Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that all members and guests have a positive experience.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the bar, including stocking, cleaning, and maintaining equipment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve excellent service standards.
  • Participate in daily pre-shift meetings to discuss upcoming events, special requests, and product development.
  • Ensure that all storage areas and still rooms are cleaned and inspected regularly.
  • Handle cash and take payments for goods in accordance with Club procedures.
  • Adhere to all legislative and company fire, health, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Prior experience of working in a bar environment.
  • Personable attitude with a presentable appearance.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Willingness to be part of a team, using own initiative as required.
  • Thorough understanding of Health and Safety and hygiene practices at work.
