Job Summary

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Meliá White House Hotel. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a warm and welcoming experience in our outlets.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of respect and professionalism at all times.
  2. Maintain high levels of personal presentation and cleanliness in accordance with the hotel uniform and personal appearance standards.
  3. Welcome guests into the outlets in a warm and genuine manner and address them by name where possible.
  4. Be fully conversant with all food and beverage items available and describe them in an informative and helpful manner.
  5. Assist guests in their selection of items and encourage additional sales.
  6. Take food and beverage orders and deliver them to the kitchen or bar area for preparation in a timely manner.
  7. Prepare and pour drinks when ordered and assist in the preparation of food items as required.
  8. Anticipate and identify guest expectations and ensure that their needs are met and where possible exceeded.
