Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with UI Artists, Game Designers, and Engineers to develop intuitive and innovative interfaces.
  • Create interfaces that are easy to modify by UI Artists, UX & Game Designers.
  • Act as a bridge between UI Art and UI Engineering teams.
  • Read and understand all game design documentation to ensure a clear understanding of the intended user experience.
  • Ensure that all game information is clearly, consistently, and relevantly conveyed through various user interfaces.
  • Develop strong competency in making and structuring User Widgets assets, both in the designer view and via blueprint scripting in Unreal Engine.
  • Familiarity with C++ in Unreal Engine is a plus.
  • Experience in implementing UI/UX designs in AAA, indie, or mod games in Unreal Engine.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and collaborate with other designers, artists, and engineers to ensure delivery of the best possible User Experience.
  • Interest in UI/UX design trends and user journeys is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.
