You will be an integral part of the strategic team and work within dynamic distributed and cross-functional teams.

This team are committed to producing the best digital products and services for customers and share a strong passion for user centric design.

As an integral part of the role, you will own the delivery of UI/UX concepts, storyboards, customer journey, wireframes and interaction design.


What you will do:
Partner with the business and Product Managers to understand customer and commercial requirementsCreate wireframes/prototypes/user flows for conceptual designsRun workshops to gather requirementsWork with development and testing teams to scope feasible design requirementsLead digital design strategy and work closely with the brandingIdeal experience:Strong UI/UX Lead experience Strong knowledge of Sketch and FigmaDigital project managementEmpathy with the development teams to loosely understand tech platforms such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScriptDebugging and performance testing toolsGood exposure to mobile phone apps (Android and iOS) and desktop/web-based servicesGlobal experienceKnowledge of Telecoms industry
