Job Summary:
Aston Charles Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, generating revenue and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, generating revenue and building strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the lead point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance on insurance solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a commercial account management role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
