Talent Torch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our Client Servicing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Account Directors and Client Service Directors in managing a growing portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, providing expert advice on products and services.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to drive business growth and revenue.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements, including FCA compliance.
- Client Query Management: Efficiently manage daily and complex client queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Renewal Process Management: Assist with the renewal process, including market submissions, obtaining quotes, and preparing documentation.
- Client Meetings and Follow-up: Attend client meetings as needed, ensuring follow-up actions are completed and client needs are met.
- Data Analysis and Risk Management: Conduct data analysis to support risk management propositions and identify areas for improvement.
- Aged Debt Management: Oversee aged debt management, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing financial risk.
- Policy Document Review: Review and check policy documents for accuracy and compliance, ensuring seamless client onboarding and management.
Requirements:
- Certification: Hold a Cert CII qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of commercial broking experience, with a strong understanding of business development and client relationship management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Acturis and strong commercial acumen, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Working towards or holding a DIP CII qualification, with 5 years of commercial broking experience.
