Talent Torch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our Client Servicing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Account Directors and Client Service Directors in managing a growing portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of support and expertise.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to drive business growth and revenue.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on products and services.
- Query Management: Efficiently manage daily and complex client queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Renewal Process: Assist with the renewal process, including market submissions, obtaining quotes, and preparing documentation.
- Client Meetings: Attend client meetings as needed, ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to support risk management propositions and business decisions.
- Aged Debt Management: Oversee aged debt management, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Policy Review: Review and check policy documents for accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Certification: Hold a Cert CII qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of commercial broking experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Acturis and strong commercial acumen.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
