About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with significant manufacturing or production experience, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment. You will have a strong understanding of modern manufacturing methods, including TPM, Focused Improvement, and 6S. Your excellent people management skills will enable you to engage, coach, and motivate our team to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily and weekly manufacturing plan to ensure effective use of resources and timely delivery of products.
  • Lead the team to achieve medium and long-term area improvement objectives and deliver projects across Operations.
  • Develop and implement robust analysis and controls to improve efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination within the department.
