Product Development Coordinator

Job Title: Product Development Coordinator
The Product Development Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing the product development process in collaboration with the Buyer. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Buyer in sourcing, planning, and developing product ranges
- Build and maintain relationships with existing suppliers, as well as source new suppliers to meet requirements
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the product range, including seasonal best sellers, core lines, and future trends
- Conduct competitor research and produce detailed trends reports and market analysis
- Process purchase orders and review brand performance and sell-through rates against the Buying Plan
- Ensure comparative shopping and relevant documentation is up-to-date, highlighting any issues
- Manage and maintain complete sample ranges and documentation, including colour, fit, and labelling approvals
- Communicate with internal teams and external departments, including suppliers
Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
