Lead Performance Analyst

We are excited to partner with a leading property organization, Practicus, as they embark on a significant transformation journey. This journey aims to ensure customer-centricity across all areas of the business.
As a critical link between the data and analytics team and the operational areas of the business, the successful candidate will deliver performance reports and analysis, and assist in designing and implementing a formal performance management framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a performance management framework
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure effective implementation of performance management initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar role within performance management
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
- Experience using PowerBI or similar reporting tools, with a working knowledge of DAX
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with an expectation to be onsite 1-2 days a week in a Hampshire office.
