As we expand our operations, we are in search of a proficient Technical Solutions Consultant to become a vital part of our energetic team, enhancing our sales and technical offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales department to discern and analyze client needs.
  • Craft and propose customized IT solutions tailored to client specifications, with a focus on VMWARE, Vcentre, Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Offer technical insights and support throughout the sales journey.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, ensuring their technical demands are fulfilled.
  • Remain informed about the latest industry advancements and technologies to guarantee that our solutions are state-of-the-art.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a pre-sales engineering capacity within an MSP or IT services setting.
  • Comprehensive technical understanding of VMWARE, Vcentre, Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to simplify intricate technical concepts into comprehensible solutions for clients.
  • Self-driven with the capacity to operate independently and remotely.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must be based in the UK and eligible to work in the UK.
