Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the store management team to develop and implement strategies to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong service culture and coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive commercial opportunities through daily analysis of sales performance, floor walks, and delegation of key actions to the team.
- Ensure compliance and audit readiness across the store, taking responsibility for all aspects of compliance and audit-related activities.
- Complete regular performance reviews to identify development needs and encourage open and honest feedback.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to deliver an inspirational shopping experience.
- Previous retail management experience, ideally within a volume retailer.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering high standards and KPIs.
- Proven ability to develop others and drive a high-performing team.
- Strong leadership, listening, and communication skills.
- Good analytical ability and data interpretation skills.
