Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Supervisor to join our team at Superbowl UK. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering financial targets, while also developing and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet financial targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and operations staff, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Complete staff rotas and ensure timely submission to Regional Managers for authorization.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized office environment.
  • Recruit, interview, and train new staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Meet specified targets set by Head Office and stay up-to-date with all products and brand standards.
  • Market the venue through various channels and stay informed about all promotions.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Take personal accountability for minimizing or preventing loss or damage to Company property or assets.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of management experience.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
