Lead Barista Specialist - WHSmith

As a Lead Barista Specialist at WHSmith, your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating your team to ensure outstanding customer service is at the forefront of all operations. Demonstrating a deep passion for coffee and a commitment to crafting the perfect beverage for each customer. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the café environment. Fostering a culture of growth and development among team members, encouraging skill enhancement and product knowledge. Keeping the team informed about business performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Attributes We Seek:

A genuine enthusiasm for delivering an exceptional customer experience through quality coffee. Previous experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced food and beverage environment is preferred. Ability to inspire and energize your team to achieve excellence in service and performance. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A hands-on approach to leadership, actively engaging with the team on the floor.
