As a Barista Maestro, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team to provide exceptional customer service, creating a working environment that helps our colleagues to develop and achieve.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales and commerciality.
- Coffee Expertise: Develop and maintain a passion for coffee and a pride for making the perfect drink for every customer, every time.
- Store Operations: Create a sense of pride within the store to ensure both colleagues and customer facilities are of the highest standard, and that we are operating safely and legally.
- Culture and Development: Create a culture of learning, support, and recognition, spotting opportunities for development of personal skills, product knowledge, and self-awareness to support our colleagues in an environment where everyone feels valued and welcome.
- Performance Management: Keep teams up to date on store business performance and appropriately challenge what can be done to improve.
- Passion for Customer Service: A passion for providing a great customer experience in our stores by crafting great coffee with your passion and energy for that perfect blend.
- Leadership Experience: Current Team Leader/Barista (or equivalent) in a fast-paced hospitality retailer or similar environment.
- Communication Skills: Confident in energizing, influencing, and motivating the store team to deliver exceptional service and performance.
- Organizational Skills: Organized, proactive, able to prioritize at pace in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Leadership Style: Experience of proactively leading from the front, getting stuck in, and helping your team on the shop floor.
