This standalone café will feature local coffee brands and a selection of food options, catering to the essential needs of patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
District Market Coffee provides a diverse range of beverages, including hot, cold, and iced options, alongside freshly baked goods from Delice de France, breakfast items, and convenient lunch choices. We take pride in supporting our local community and offering various promotions, loyalty programs, and discounts for NHS staff.
As a Lead Barista at District Market Coffee, you will motivate and guide your team to deliver outstanding customer service while fostering a work environment that encourages personal growth and achievement.
Key Responsibilities of a Lead Barista:

A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences through your enthusiasm for coffee. Previous experience as a Team Leader or Barista in a fast-paced hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to energize, influence, and motivate the team to achieve outstanding service and results. Highly organized and proactive, capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic retail environment. Proven experience in leading by example and actively supporting your team on the floor. We recognize your hard work and dedication to making WH Smith a success and ensuring customer satisfaction.
