Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and resolve customer queries, providing accurate and timely responses
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
