Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer care and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and resolve customer queries, providing accurate and timely responses
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
