Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in managing job postings, sending weekly job lists, and handling customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings and job lists to ensure timely and accurate distribution
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist the sales team with event organization and coordination
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and record-keeping
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Administrative experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
