Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in managing job postings, sending weekly job lists, and handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage job postings and job lists to ensure timely and accurate distribution
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the sales team with event organization and coordination
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
