Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator to join our Magic Moments Team at Four Seasons Health Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting the wellbeing and independence of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized activities programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and care staff to ensure seamless care planning and delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify residents' needs and preferences, and create tailored activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Collaborate with the Magic Moments team to design and deliver innovative activities that stimulate the mind, body, and soul.
- Support the development of community links and arrange trips and excursions to promote social engagement and independence.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities programmes, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and care staff.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing activities programmes that promote resident wellbeing and independence.
- Knowledge of basic IT skills and ability to use digital tools to track and record resident data.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our residents and team.
