Regional Account Executive - Sports & Fitness

Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team in Oxfordshire, UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with independent and small chain gyms in your region, ensuring Red Bull is available and visible in key locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a regional strategy to grow distribution in fitness outlets, aligning with the sports strategy set by the National Sales Manager.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at regional and local levels, including franchise groups and operating groups.
  • Identify and target opportunities to drive availability of Red Bull and win new accounts, working closely with the shopper team, brand team, and field marketing team.
  • Establish effective joint working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regular reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple operating groups and franchise groups in your region, dealing with key decision makers at a regional level.
Requirements:
  • Passion and experience in the fitness industry, understanding the type of venues you'll be working with and how they operate.
  • Track record in achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to build and present a compelling story with insight and commercial awareness.
  • Outstanding customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Travel 80-90%.
