Senior Conference and Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Conference and Events Coordinator to join our team at James Webber Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing conference sales and events for our 4* luxury hotel in the Home Counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage conference sales and events for the hotel
- Supervise a small team of 2 conference coordinators
- Handle and convert inbound sales and events inquiries
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in hotel sales and events management
- Proven track record of managing conference sales and events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
