As a Deputy Surgical Ward Manager at Elysium Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting the Ward Manager in leading the nursing team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Learning Disability and Autism.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Ward Manager in leading the nursing team and coordinating the on-call service
- Manage the ward budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources
- Empower recovery and deliver supervision to staff across the ward
- Work alongside the senior Nurse and Ward Manager to promote good teamwork and staff welfare
- Lead by example, acting as a role model to all members of the nursing team
- A relevant nursing qualification
- NMC registration
