Our Approach

We take a collaborative approach to service design, working closely with user researchers, content designers, and UX designers to create holistic end-to-end experiences. Our team uses modern agile practices, including continuous integration and deployment, to deliver timely and effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Service Mapping
    • Map existing and to-be services to understand backstage and frontstage processes, user and actor interactions, and technical integrations.
  • Insight Gathering and Analysis
    • Gather and collate insights from different sources, analyzing and synthesizing complex data to inform evidence-based design decisions.
  • Service Design
    • Design end-to-end services across online and offline touchpoints, considering user needs and technical constraints.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Build relationships with stakeholders, working in collaboration with clients and colleagues to understand existing processes and design and deliver digital products and services that meet user needs.

Requirements

  • Service Design Expertise
    • Owning the service design process in a rapidly iterative development environment.
  • Data-Driven Design
    • Working with data and insights to inform evidence-based design decisions.
  • Complex System Navigation
    • Making sense of complex systems and processes, communicating them using visualization tools like service blueprints.
  • Stakeholder Facilitation
    • Navigating technical constraints and conflicting stakeholder requirements, facilitating workshops and meetings to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Strategic Thinking
    • Working strategically, helping to build a roadmap and prioritizing projects to meet business objectives.

Contract Details

This is a contract role that must be completed entirely from within the UK. Projects are based in various locations around the UK, and we expect you to spend some time each month working from client sites.
