Key Responsibilities:
  • Ordering products from suppliers and managing inventory levels to ensure sales, availability, and working capital targets are delivered.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze product and range performance and plan effectively for new launches and seasonal trading periods.
  • Working closely with buyers and merchandisers to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Managing supplier performance and ensuring that all suppliers meet our quality and service standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar Supply Chain role for a comparably sized retail business.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office suite and advanced forecasting tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
