Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Kingdom People. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries: Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
  • Process returns: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • General office duties: Perform general office duties as required, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.

Working Hours:

We are flexible with our working hours and can accommodate a variety of schedules. You will be required to work a minimum of 5 days per week, with the possibility of working additional days as needed.

Initial Pay Rate:

The initial pay rate for this position is £11.44 per hour.
