Job Purpose
We are seeking a talented Data Management Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining EMCOR's unique data management and business intelligence platform. You will collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to design, implement, and support solutions that drive insights and value from our clients' data.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance EMCOR's data management and business intelligence toolset based on approved requirements.
- Conduct thorough technical analysis of project needs and obtain necessary approvals through the IT Business Partner.
- Adhere to EMCOR's established Software Development Lifecycle guidelines to ensure robust and reliable solutions.
- Provide technical support and expertise for various accounts and platforms, contributing to successful project delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive software testing to guarantee the quality and functionality of developed applications.
- Maintain a strong commitment to security best practices to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Collaborate with the Change and Release function to ensure seamless data delivery and system updates.
- Provide on-site support for problem resolution and technical assistance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of C# and other relevant programming languages and tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, Change and Release Management processes, and project management tools.
- A customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent prioritization and planning skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
