Brewery Support Associate

The Brewery Support Worker 1 is a key member of our team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our brewery and restaurants. Reporting to the Brewery Support Supervisor, this role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about working in a fast-paced production environment and are committed to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Perform facility-wide housekeeping and sanitation duties to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
- Effectively use mobile equipment, specialty washers, and chemicals to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Assist with production needs in Brewing, Packaging, Warehouse, Quality, and other departments as necessary
- Respond to brewery and restaurant immediate support needs and maintain personal workflow to ensure seamless handoffs
- Ensure personal safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed at all times
- Document facilities maintenance requests and execute minor facilities maintenance tasks
- Complete preventive maintenance on cleaning equipment
- Assist brewery guests by answering questions and providing directions

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of previous experience in industrial cleaning or manufacturing, preferred
- Basic literacy skills and basic computer skills
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and cooperatively as a member of a high-functioning team
- The ability to become certified and operate a forklift, scissor-lift, and articulating boom (training provided)
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, and product specifications to maintain product quality
- The ability to read and comprehend Safety Data Sheets (S.D.S.) and label instructions
