About the Role

Vertical Advantage is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of New Product Development (NPD) projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the NPD portfolio for the EMEA region, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and in full, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria, leading project planning sessions to outline deliverables and key milestones.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, manage dependencies, and coordinate with US-based teams on product development initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and maintaining momentum through regular updates and action tracking.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and assess risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, particularly within a stage-gate framework.
