Senior NPD Project Manager Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading confectionery brand to find a Senior NPD Project Manager to cover an internal secondment for a 12-month period.

About the Role

This is a hybrid working opportunity, with 3 days spent on-site at the company's modern offices in West London. As a Senior NPD Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering NPD projects from inception to launch, leading and mentoring 2 Project Executives, and providing updates and performance insights to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver NPD projects from inception to launch, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  2. Lead and mentor 2 Project Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  3. Provide regular updates and performance insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  4. Act as Project Manager for crucial category projects, driving project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Project Management experience at a senior, strategic level.
  2. Experience in a similar role or business, with a proven track record in managing teams.
  3. FMCG experience is essential, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple internal teams.
