Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes made with fresh, local ingredients, prepared with skill and passion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, using fresh, local ingredients.
  • Work effectively as part of a diverse, inclusive, and supportive team.
  • Maintain a professional manner while under pressure.
  • Ensure Health & Safety rules and regulations are followed.
  • Be eligible to work full-time in the UK.

Requirements

  • You will be a self-motivated, natural team player who thrives under pressure.
  • You will have a genuine passion for creating the finest dishes.
  • You will be able to handle fresh ingredients, prepare them to the highest standards.
  • You will be able to maintain a professional manner while under pressure.
  • You will be able to ensure Health & Safety rules and regulations are followed.
