Your Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Efficiently manage and oversee designated kitchen sections to meet our high standards.
  • Ensure all preparations in your section are completed and ready for service.
  • Maintain an organized inventory and practice effective waste management.
  • Keep your section clean and orderly.
  • Assist the Executive and Sous Chefs in achieving the expected food quality.
  • Mentor and delegate tasks to Junior Chefs, fostering their growth.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols established by Bankside.
